Cancellation and Refund Terms

The return and exchange conditions of the products purchased through Bee'm International are linked to the following terms and procedures in accordance with the sales contract concluded electronically with the final owner of the product. Return Conditions • Returns must be made absolutely together with the original box/packaging and invoice. • The product whose return is requested must be resellable to another consumer of the same nature. * Refund request by the final owner of the product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the cargo info@beeminternational.com.tr he can send a return notification by e-mail to his address. * Return notifications made from the support desk are returned within 24 hours at the latest.
