Regulation of Representative and Ethical Rules REGULATION OF BEEM INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND ETHICAL RULES

DEFINITION: The purposes of the Bee'm International representative and ethical code regulation are related to how you will become a distributor. Unless the context requires otherwise or there is an inconsistent/inconsistent context, the following statements are valid. REPRESENTATIVE / DISTRIBUTOR: means a person who has made an application within the framework of the Bee'm International representative and code of ethics regulation and whose application has been accepted by Bee'm International. PV: It is the score that allows us to achieve a career. Article: Persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) cannot be representatives in the Bee'm International system. The company (Bee'm International) takes it as a basis that the age specified by the person in the representation contract is correct. The company does not accept responsibility in any way for the incorrect age of the representative. 2. Article: In order to become a Bee'm International representative, it is necessary to accept variations or modifications to the Bee'm International representative and ethical code of conduct, behavioral principles, Bee'm International marketing plan and all policies. However, it is necessary to agree to comply as an informal recourse, including but not limited to these. The dealership application is subject to the approval of Bee'm International. 3. Article: The representative must absolutely not provide false or erroneous information to Bee'm International. A representative will notify My Bee International of a change that will affect the accuracy of the representative's details. My BeeInternational shall have the right to terminate the representative office immediately if it becomes aware that the representative in question has provided incorrect or erroneous information. 4. Article: Erroneous representation or representation that contains an intentional error is canceled immediately. If the representative has bad intentions, a written declaration of a defensive nature is requested from all parties who are exposed to bad intentions. The final decision to be made is the reserved right of Bee'm International. Penalty notices are associated with all persons associated with the incident. In such a case, no bonus remaining in the balance will be taken into consideration. 5. Article: a) Representatives from the last movement (shooting products, making representatives, attending seminars, etc.) if he does not make any movements in the system during the next year, he can work with another sponsor by exchanging a new level again within the approval of the company. b) In order to make a sponsor change, the representative must first waive the upper line sponsors, then receive a petition for the approval of the sponsor, which he will pass, and forward it to Bee'm International. In the event of a waiver, the renouncing sponsor accepts that the waived sub-representative has waived all rights and cannot claim any rights. After the waiver process, the representative who is dismissed from the sponsor is assigned a sponsor by setting a new level within the information and approval of Bee'm International. In order for the representative's sub-representatives to switch together with him, each sub-representative must perform these operations. Otherwise, the sub-representatives cannot be moved. 6. Article: First degree relatives (mother, father, child, spouse) cannot remain a representative from another sponsor except with the approval of the company. In case of detection, their representative offices will be returned to their family members together with their sub-teams. 7. Article: If representative A's wife B is identified as a representative of another group other than the approval of Bee'm International, B's representation will be terminated immediately and B's entire sub-team will be returned to their original sponsors. 8. Article: If the married spouse will register as a joint representative with a single representative number, or if the husbands and wives will register with a different license, they will only be able to get a representative number provided that they are each other's first line. In both cases, they must be entitled to promotions, rewards, trips separately. 9. Article: Only one of the spouses is entitled to free participation, promotions, holidays and gifts, unless My BeeInternational explains otherwise. The other spouse cannot claim the right, but he can participate with his own opportunity. 10. Article: Free participation, promotions, holidays and gifts given by My Beeinternational cannot be claimed as money. 11. Article: Tax and visa fees for earned holidays/trips belong to the representatives themselves. 12. Article: The representative who is entitled to holidays or gifts with certain qualifications can use all these rights for himself. If he can't use it himself, he can only transfer it to his wife. There is no option to transfer to someone else. 13. Article: Each representative's choice of a new license and sponsor requires the representative to spend twelve calendar months; without selling products from his personal page, without making a representative, without attending seminars, etc. it is possible for it to pass without taking actions and with the approval of the Bee'm International company's sponsor preference. 14. Article: The reference premium paid from the sponsor of the resigning representative for the resigning representative will be refunded by Bee'm International from the premium received in the month of the resignation. 15. Article: If the representative who resigns and returns the products in his possession wants to work for Beeam International again, he can become a representative within 12 calendar months from the date of resignation, subject to the approval of the company, only on condition of obtaining a new representative office number with his former sponsor. A representative cannot be entitled to the income and teams registered under the previous representative office number. 16. Article: If the representative who has somehow experienced a license cancellation wants to start again under different conditions, he can start by selecting a new level within the approval of the company. 17. Article: Acceptance of products that are intended to be returned after the first representation is made together with the resignation petition and the original invoice within the first 14 days after delivery to the person. It is necessary that the products to be returned must be of saleable quality in their original condition. The fact that it is of saleable quality in its original condition means that the box and packaging of the product have not been damaged. Paying payback Bee'm International will make a refund with the payment method determined after making the necessary deductions for all returned products. 18. Paying paying for the goods by paying for the goods themselves, the representative who has fulfilled all the return conditions sends the products to Bee'm International, and after the service and payment are interrupted within 14 working days after the products arrive, the money will be refunded using the payment method determined by Bee'm International. 19. Article: The representative who returns the product, all top line sponsors who receive a premium from their sponsor for this reason, pay for the returned products will be charged by Bee'm International from the premium payment of the month in which the refund takes place. 20. Item: The products are purchased from Bee'm International in advance or by paying methods accepted by Bee'm International. 21. Article: Representatives cannot make purchases by using someone else's card for shopping “in a way that its contents constitute a crime”. Bee'm International is not responsible for any criminal actions that may occur in other cases. 22. Item: Level purchases made during registration in the system and subsequent level upgrades are made at the level prices defined on the system. My Beeinternational level can upgrade the level and make price changes for all subsequent purchases. 23. Item: It is possible to order products at various times in the current state of production and stock status. Bee'm International reserves the right to update according to the stock status. 24. Item: A new invoice will be issued for each purchase made from Bee'm International. An invoice dated earlier than the purchase date cannot be issued for any purchase after the end of the month. 25. Item: If the order amount is the amount determined by Bee'm International periodically and exceeds, the cargo amount will be covered by Bee'm International. If the ordering representative cannot be found at the address and the cargo is returned, the cargo payment paid for the second time belongs to the person himself. In cases where the payment is not paid, it will be charged from the representative's next premium. Bee'm International reserves the right to make changes to the upper limit of TL. Cargo sent abroad by Bee'm International and returned to Bee'm International that cannot be delivered by the buyer, the cargo and tax fee are paid by the buyer when requested for the second time. If the address of the placed orders is selected by hand delivery, the products must be delivered from the head office. Hand delivery The selected orders will not be sent by cargo even if there is a second order on behalf of the same person. Our representatives who wish to receive their order by hand must receive it from the head office within 30 days at the latest. no claim can be made for orders that are not received within 30 days. 26. Article: If a representative's representation is directly or indirectly involved in one of the following disciplinary situations, it is terminated: ( Articles 27-30 ) 27. Article: No representative registered in the system can sponsor a representative of another team or the spouse of this representative, this is considered “inappropriate sponsorship”. The representation of the person whose inappropriate sponsorship is detected is immediately canceled. Representatives who have the wrong sponsor after the cancellation of their representation are transferred to their original sponsors. Bee'm International reserves the right to determine the main sponsor. 28. Article: Representatives (within the knowledge of the company) may not open a representative office of a client or representative candidate who is being followed by another representative under their own sponsorship. In case of detection, the representative is connected to the real sponsor. The representative who does this receives a warning first. In case of repetition, he undertakes that he approves of any decision that the company will take. 29. Article: The representative may not directly or indirectly encourage, pressure or help another representative to appoint another sponsor, and may not provide financial, concrete or abstract support in the context of this action. 30. Article: As of the date of registration, the representative or his/her spouse cannot have a representation in any network marketing company except Bee'm International, if it is determined that he/she is, his/her representation will be terminated immediately. 31. Article: A representative of Bee'm International may not attend a meeting of another Network Marketing company, provide photos, or advertise on a different platform. 32. Article: A representative of Bee'm International may not make exaggerated/inaccurate posts on social media or at events, in speeches treating diseases, or in this regard. Otherwise, the company is not responsible. All responsibility belongs to the representative himself. 33. Article: The Job–Opportunity Presentation of Bee'm International may not be shared on any social media and/or video sharing sites. Representatives who make such sharing pledges that Bee'm International accepts every decision it makes. The company may not claim any rights as of the date of the decision: a) Representatives are strictly prohibited from using names that will remind and/or prevent the company's website and social media accounts on the websites or social media pages they have set up in order to grow their own business, or the established sites will create the perception of the company's own page. b) Representatives are obliged to preface the expressions “INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVE and FIRST NAME-LAST NAME” before the company logo and name in the images they use on the website and social media profiles. 34. Article: The representative may not carry out any activities that will directly or indirectly negatively affect Bee'm International. He cannot make false statements about the product(s) or about My Bee's International marketing plan. 35. Article: The pay plan announced by Bee'm International is created in accordance with the representation rules and the marketing plan, and representatives must adhere to this plan. 36. Article: No representative related to the binary system included in the pay plan can show his sub-team to another representative. The representative cannot photograph or share their names and scores. The representatives who do this pledge that Bee'm International accepts every decision it makes. He cannot claim any rights from the company as of the date of the decision. 37. Article: The representative is entitled to 30 PV shopping points per month, which are clearly expressed in the earnings plan, career rights and bonuses that occur in the same month when he reaches an activity. If he does not do this, he will not get the career and bonuses he deserves that month. He can't claim for the next months either. 38. Article: Representatives must make a shopping point (30 PV) determined by the company within that month in order to earn the right to transfer their outstanding points in the binary matching system. Otherwise, the remaining exposed points will be reset. Representatives whose score has been reset cannot claim any rights. 39. Article: Representatives agree that the CV multiplier in the earnings plan may vary depending on the exchange rate, for example: ( 2.3 /3.5 ) 40. Article: If the person who has registered as a representative does not take any action within 48 hours, his registration will be deleted from the system. However, the representative can apply for registration by re-entering their information later. 41. Article: When representatives detect vulnerabilities on the company's website or on any platform, they should immediately report the situation to the company's authorities. Representatives who use any deficit in their favor undertake to accept any decision that the company will make about them. 42. Article: Representatives are obliged to attend product and representative rights information meetings in their cities at least 2 times in 12 calendar months. Otherwise, he undertakes that he accepts all kinds of decisions that the company will take. 43. Article: Representatives who have completed their supervisor career are required to attend at least one, two or three-day seminars in 12 calendar months and at least 10 information product and representative rights information meetings announced in their city. Otherwise, he undertakes that he approves of any decision that the company will take. 44. Article: The representative who is the leader must be present in his/her own city and at all 2/3-day seminars. Otherwise, he undertakes that he accepts all kinds of decisions that the company will take. 45. Article: Current representatives must personally deal with their subordinate teams, support their negotiations, participate in their seminars(to a reasonable extent), and not engage in harmful rhetoric and sharing to their teams by any means. Otherwise, warnings and complaints from the sub-teams of people on this issue will be taken into account by the company. 15. Article: If the representative who resigns and returns the products in his possession wants to work for Beeam International again, he can become a representative within 12 calendar months from the date of resignation, subject to the approval of the company, only on condition of obtaining a new representative office number with his former sponsor. The petitions of the representatives who file complaints are taken as a basis, and the right to make sponsor changes is possible with the approval of the company. Representatives who are not interested in their teams undertake that they approve of any decisions that the company will take. 46. Article: Representatives agree that they will be present at all events and meetings for 2/3 days announced on the official website organized by Bee'm International. 47. Article: Representatives and sponsors of Bee'm International are deemed to have authorized the shooting of video-photo-educational images at seminars, camps or any events organized by Bee'm International. 48. Due to the occurrence of a violation, Bee'm International has the right to suspend, detain or terminate the representative's representative account. Bee'm International reserves these rights completely and uninterruptedly within its own structure. 55. Article: Bee'm International reserves the right to suspend, detain or terminate the representative office account completely and without interruption in cases where the termination of the representative office transfer has not been decided on behalf of the rightholder. 56. Article: Bee'm International reserves the right to suspend, detain or terminate the representative's representative office account completely and without interruption if it is deemed appropriate for any reason or reasons. 57. Article: Representatives may choose a beneficiary from among their first-degree relatives if this has not been notified, the beneficiary is determined from among their first-degree relatives. Dec. In case of dispute, the court decides the result. All rights belong to Bee'm International until the court is concluded. 58. Article: The beneficiary continues the system with the same TR number. 59. Article: If the representative dies, the beneficiary will automatically take over the representation. If no beneficiary is specified, the transfer of representation will be determined in accordance with the applicable court in the country. At the same time, My BeeInternational reserves the right to suspend all benefits, including but not limited to premiums, until the matter is resolved. 60. Article: You can request the transfer of your representative rights that you have at Bee'm International to your first degree relatives only for one (1) time, in order to meet the conditions listed below. All rights in the evaluation of the transfer request belong to Bee'm International. The representative does not have any right of objection upon the (positive or negative) response to the transfer request. In order for the representative to submit a transfer request, the following conditions must be complied with. a) Transfer transactions can only be made once (1) time. b) Transfer transactions can be carried out between first-degree relatives (mother, father, spouse, child who has reached the age of 18). The transfer process can be carried out between the first-degree relatives (mother, father, spouse, child who has reached the age of 18 Dec. c) 4 of the representative requesting the transfer. He must have completed his career (World Club). The realization or non-realization of the requests based on these applications is the reserved right of the company. The representatives undertake to approve any decision to be taken by the company. 61. Article: Representatives are independent and can manage their own business by themselves. Therefore, representatives cannot claim to have an employment relationship with Beeam International or to be an employee, or identify themselves in such ways. It is strictly forbidden for the representative to introduce himself in this way. A disciplinary investigation is opened against the representatives who violate this regulation. 62. Item: Representatives; it represents an opportunity to represent products, services, ethically and professionally. 63. Article: The representative may not make representation or sales offers for products and services that are inaccurate in terms of price, degree, quality and responsibility. 64. Article: Representatives may not make unreasonable, misleading or unrepresentative earnings claims. No income guarantee will be made by Bee'm International to any representative in any way. 65. Article: A representative may not offer, insist or persuade any other representative to buy or sell products or services other than those provided by Beeam International. 66. Article: The representative accepts that violating the established rules will cause irreparable harm to Beeam International and accepts the injunction as an appropriate solution to prevent this violation. The representative cannot sell products to his own representatives or to other suppliers. 67. Article: The representative will comply with and apply the Bee'm International representation rules (regulations), the Bee'm International marketing plan code of conduct and all of the policies of this plan. 68. Item: Representative Bee'm 20% of the premium he deserves at the end of the month in accordance with the International representation rules and Marketing plan (tax-service fee-representation-etc.) accepts that cuts will be made. 69. Article: The representative is personally liable and responsible for all applicable national, regional, municipal and local laws and regulations. 70. Article: The representative will comply with all laws, regulations and laws related to the operation of the representative office. In addition, he will not participate in any events that will make his name a bad representative of these people and My Bee International. 71. Article: The representative cannot make a statement for a potential recruit and/or client who will not be approved. He can't make any promises that can't be kept. The representative may not provide any information to the customer/potential customer in a false or misleading way. The representative may not sell products to representatives in their own sub-teams or to other representatives. 72. Article: Representatives are responsible for their own decisions and expenses. 73. Article: The announced pay plan is created in accordance with the company's principles, and representatives must adhere to this plan. 74. Article: Representatives may not make discounts or increases on the prices of products or levels determined by Bee'm International. 75. Item: Representatives are advised not to make excessive purchases. The purchase of products should be based on the basis of compliance of customer orders with realism. 76. Article: In cases where double registration is detected and verified, Bee'm International reserves the right and immediately cancels the newer representative office number without providing any other information or warning. 77. Article: A disciplinary investigation, such as cancellation or suspension, will be conducted against any representative or sponsor who has been directly, indirectly or accidentally involved in double registration. 78. Article: The work carried out by the representatives should be carried out under the heading of "independent representative". Bee'm International does not allow the corporate logo to be used in these works as per the company rules. 79. Article: Any representative must submit an application approved by Bee'm International and stating their goals before sending the link, without setting up a Bee'mInternational website. 80. Article: It is not allowed to make unfair profit or product claims on the Bee'm International site reference, products or link to the Bee'm International website. 81. Article: No site may appear as a Bee'm International reseller or as certified or approved by Bee'm International. 82. Article: All site links linked to Bee'm International must have a clearly visible statement that they are managed by an independent representative. 83. Article: The representative's website may not display the Bee'm International logo, trademark or products. Any text that has a connection or relationship with the Bee'm International website must comply with the specifications approved by Bee'm International. 84. Article: The representative is fully responsible for any misuse or bad publicity related to the website. Any violation of this article will lead to disciplinary investigations of the representative, such as suspension or termination of his/her representation. 85. Article: No representative agrees that he/she cannot receive profit or income without making real efforts on his/her behalf. 86. Article: According to the Bee'm International representation rules and regulations, representatives with a World Club career must be present at all announced meetings. They are eligible to enter the board of directors on the condition that they make the score brought by the career. 87. Article: Representatives about the founders of the company, company personnel, representatives affiliated with the company and the company; commercial reputation damaging, degrading publication, insult, advertising, violation of rights, etc. they cannot engage in actions and activities. Representatives will cover all kinds of damages, damages, expenses (including lawyer fees) arising from their participation in these actions and activities themselves. Representatives may not engage in any behavior that would defame the company, our employees, managers, employees, other people we have appointed, our independent representatives. Otherwise, the representative agrees that he will pay all the compensation that the court decision deems appropriate. 88.
